JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT
OF
WORLD WIDE STATIONERY HOLDINGS CO LTD
AND
LION SHARE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
Whereas:
World Wide Stationery Holdings Co Ltd (hereinafter refered to "World Wide") intends to develop their exclusive products to China, Hong Kong, and Macau and Lion Share International Limited (hereinafter referred to "Lion Share") offers to invest and assist in marketing World Wide's exclusive products.
It is agreed that:
World Wide and Lion Share come into the strategic alliance. World Wide offers Lion Share the exclusivity rights of selling and producing World Wide's exclusive products int he stated regions, namely: China, Hong Kong and Macau, with effect from July 1, 2007.
